Parking was a real hassle. large trucks occupied spaces that could have fit regular vehicles, complicating arrival back to the hotel. Additionally, the kitchenette in our first room lacked pots, pans, or utensils, which was frustrating. The door to our room didn't seal well, allowing unwanted noise from the bustling area outside. Tissues weren't provided, and we had to buy soap from the lobby, which felt a bit off for a hotel stay. Lastly, the small check-in window made the process feel cramped and inconvenient, leaving much to be desired for overall accessibility.
